1. Accepting the terms and your account

By using the app, you acknowledge these terms. Accounts are for authorized customers and staff and are issued by Golden View or an organization administrator. Protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for work or services connected to your account.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
• Do not bypass permissions, test security, or disrupt the service without written authorization.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

3. Financial and contractual information

The app may display installments, payments, and contract status. Golden View's approved records and signed documents control if there is a discrepancy. The app does not provide financial or legal advice.

4. Photos, content, and audio

You retain rights in content you upload and permit Golden View to process it to provide the service and keep authorized records. You are responsible for having the right to upload content and a lawful basis for any personal data it includes.

5. AI assistant

AI features may produce inaccurate information. Review output before acting and do not rely on it alone for financial, legal, or safety decisions. Report harmful output from inside the assistant.

6. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. Some features may require a current app version or internet connection.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect users or the system, when the relationship ends, or for a breach of these terms. You can request account deletion on the dedicated page, subject to records that must be kept for legal or contractual reasons.

8. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Golden View is not liable for indirect loss caused by misuse or reliance on non-final information. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date.
